To give you a further taste of what you can expect to see on your ride, below are a selection of photos taken by various guests during their 4 day adventure.
They are taken at different times of the year and in different weather conditions. It shows the enormous variety of terrain and scenery and on some photos it shows the many places where horses can have a drink, be it from a natural source or from buckets provided by pubs or Erwood Craft Centre. Llangorse Lake and the River Wye are other good places for a drink or cooling down in hot weather.
As shown on the first photo, some navigational skills are useful, although the route notes are very clear to follow in conjunction with the map. |
