To make organising this holiday with your horse a lot easier, the horse B&Bs en route have agreed to work together. We are taking all the hassle away from you and will make all the phone calls necessary to plan your holiday on the dates required. You can start your Loop ride on any day of the week to suit you.
We all like to make your stay really enjoyable and offer lovely food and super facilities for your horses and of course for yourselves. Below are listed all the important items which each horse B&B offers

An extra day can be booked at the end if you do not want to travel home straightaway. If there is anything else you would like to book, please contact Jeanne and she will try and sort it out for you. We are all very flexible and will try and meet your requests.
The maximum number of riders we can all accommodate normally is 5 at one time, but if you would like to ride with a bigger party, this is possible. We have other B&Bs as back up, but please bear in mind that the more different B&Bs are involved, the more time is needed to get the booking organised.

Terms of Business
We take bookings for accommodation for you and your group, and grazing or D.I.Y. stabling for your horses, and provide appropriate written suggested route notes and marked up maps.
We accept holiday bookings on condition that all riders and horses in the party are adequately insured against third party risk, and that horses have been properly wormed. Any vehicles should also be insured against third party liabilities and are parked on the premises at your own risk.
We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, or injury to you, your horse, personal effects or tack, however caused.
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking. In this event we will either return all money you have paid or will offer an alternative date. We will inform you of such changes as soon as is reasonably possible. A non-returnable deposit of 35% is required to secure your booking at the time of booking, with the balance payable no later than four weeks before arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. As the deposit is non-returnable we strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. We are happy to accept a different person as a replacement.
Arrivals from 16.00 and checking out on day of departure by 10.00.
We make every effort to provide a suggested route which is clear to follow. Nevertheless we assume you are competent in the use of maps and we do not accept any liability if you fail to find your way. We check the descriptions given in the route guide, but you should bear in mind that there may be changes such as fallen trees, bridleway repairs and temporary blockages. Such events are regrettably beyond our control but we will make every effort to notify you of any changes that come to our attention. We have, unfortunately, no control over the weather and the resulting conditions under foot.
